When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone in 1876, the public’s reaction was at best indifferent, and at worst, suspicious of the new technology. We have two factions in my office, those of us who use FENXT almost exclusively (we are lost when we need to log into the database to do a task that only exists there) and those who use the database almost exclusively. Once they migrate the few tasks that reside in the database, some are going to have a steep learning curve in adapting to something they could have been learning incrementally all along.
