2018 Election Results - HE-PAG Co-Chair And Co-Chair Elect
This year's election was very tight and thank you to all our members who took the time to vote. In addition, thank you to our volunteers for putting themselves out there and wanting to help lead our group. We had a very quick voting period in which 52 official votes were cast from 35 different institutions. That reflects 74% of our total institutions within our HE-PAG community.
Julie Vargo of The Ohio State University has been elected Co-Chair and Dwight D. Dozier of Georgia Tech has been elected Co-Chair Elect. Both of these individuals bring a wealth of Higher Education fundraising knowledge and, specifically, technical advisory experience to help guide the HE-PAG. I am looking forward to working with both in the upcoming year.
Special thanks to our outgoing Chair, Travis Soyer from Texas Christian University. He is a great leader and person. Travis has put our group in an excellent position and we should be able to capitalize on the momentum he has created.
