• Adapting Business Processes for COVID-19: Open Forum with All Members

Open discussion for members to share how they have successfully altered their business processes in light of the coronavirus crisis. Members can share their challenges and solutions or bring forth issues to see if others have identified or implemented solutions.

• Collaboration with Nonprofit PAG: Dwight Dozier, Georgia Tech Foundation

Dwight will share an update on the upcoming joint work of enhancement review between the Blackbaud CRM HE-PAG and the Blackbaud CRM Nonprofit PAG.

• REST API EAP Update: Bill Walsh, Blackbaud

Blackbaud has released its first set of REST API endpoints for Blackbaud CRM as a cloud service offering intended to support on premises, hosted, and cloud operations customers. Bill will update members on the work with early adopters of this released functionality.
