FAQ Resource For ResearchPoint Single Sign-On Update

Recently, we hosted a customer webinar to prepare you for the Blackbaud Omnibar with single sign-on support that is coming up soon. During the webinar, you asked a lot of really great questions about the update, including many scenarios from your experience. Inspired by you, we decided to turn these questions and scenarios into an FAQ about Single Sign-On for ResearchPoint. 




The FAQ is accessible on any Internet browser, and is mobile & tablet friendly too. We're going to continue to update the FAQ based on additional questions we receive. Sometimes we may follow-up individually, if your situation isn't applicable to other organizations.
