HOTFIX: JUNE-JULY ADDRESSACCELERATOR & POSTALSAVER USPS RATES HOTFIX RELEASE

The USPS has announced a rate change occurring on July 10th of 2022 for United States Address Accelerator and Postal Saver clients, please see below for more information on changes and update actions.


In order to keep AddressAccelerator and PostalSaver updated to reflect the new USPS rates for the United States please download the latest versions of these files from the downloads section on Blackbaud.com and apply these updates as soon as possible. To clarify this change only impacts clients using the United States version of either Address Accelerator or Postal Saver. Canadian versions of Address Accelerator and Postal Saver have no action.

If we host your database, you do not need to install this update. We will notify you prior to installing it on our server.


To download the AddressAccelerator updates please visit the downloads page on Blackbaud.com.


*NOTE* The rate changes only apply to clients that use the Postal Saver functionality in either application. Clients who do not update will find that Address Accelerator functionality still works successfully after July 10th. If you use Postal Saver functionality and fail to update by July 10th rate information will be incorrect.
