This past week the Blackbaud Community has experienced an unusually high number of spam attacks. While all of these spamming accounts have been promptly banned and all offending content removed, we want to assure you that we remain diligent in evolving our security settings so any spam attack has minimal impact.

 

Today I met with our community vendor, members of our IT team, and members of our cyber security team in an effort to determine if any specific vulnerabilities exist and to develop a plan to mitigate future issues of this nature.   As that plan unfolds, I will keep you informed should your community experience be impacted negatively.

 

We apologize if the spam has created a less than ideal community experience for you. Please know that your community experience is our top priority.
