How can you be the next winner?

Take our short, 5-min survey about our How-to Documentation. We create the documentation and help you see in the product and on the Blackbaud.com website at https://www.blackbaud.com/howto. You may have seen one of our other helpful resources besides help files and user guides. We also create how-to videos, visual walkthroughs, quick tip sheets, and more. The only thing we are not responsible for is Knowledgebase, Customer Support, or for pay training.


Each quarter we enter all survey respondents into a drawing to win the $25 Amazon.com gift card.


And recently, we updated the survey to ask a few new questions and guage your opinion on some new areas of interest. We'll update the survey every six months or so just to make sure we're actively listening to the types of help you need to use the product better.
