The Blackbaud Community platform recently switched e-mail providers. Here’s a quick note on how it may impact your notifications.

 

• Registration and password change emails will remain instant.
• All other emails could potentially be delayed.
• This potential delay should end after May 6th, 2016.

Please check your filters for emails from community@blackbaud.com – the “from” line should read: Blackbaud Community.

Our platform is watching the delayed email queue carefully. If the queue gets too high, there are measures they can take to get the messages delivered.
