Exciting news first: I’m back from the worst vacation ever! I’m almost fully recovered (just two weeks before I can get back to lifting my 60 lb. dumbbells – ha) and feeling a lot better.

 

Of course the world didn't stop while I was out so I look like this guy to the right so let's get right to it:
