Hello Community!

It's always great to get a fresh perspective.

Last week we welcomed a 5th Community Member to our amazing team, Jon Nelson. It's always interesting when you get the opportunity to see a new perspective on what you see and do every day. It's so easy to get in the groove and follow your routine, but there's something refreshing about a brand new voice that says, "But, why do we do that that way?"


So, this week I'm excited for the brand new opportunities his arrival will bring to the community, and I know you all will surely benefit as well! Change can be tough, but it also shakes things up in all the right ways!
