Happy February Community!

 
Normally I don’t post this late in the week but your community managers have been hard at work planning to make 2018 successful. Like others, we have a lot of plates to keep spinning and it can get overwhelming quickly. I figured I’d share three things I’ve been doing to keep on track.

• Plan ahead to keep organized.
• Make daily checklists and prioritize.
• Review progress on a regular basis.

Bonus: Remember to stop, breathe, and remember to ask for help - especially here in the Community. There are no questions too big or too small to ask your fellow community members. Ask away – you never know what you’ll learn.

Stay Informed

• Cue the trumpets! There are new list capabilities in Luminate Beta. Now you can even filter by “current gen" Luminate Groups.
• Learning to code can be daunting – here are five helpful resources to get you started from one of your awesome Blackbaud University instructional designers, Allison King.

Get Involved

• You can admit you’ve done the Google art selfie. Go ahead and post your best match here in the Community to share with others.
• Have a career change? A promotion? Set amazing goals? Share with us and let the celebration and virtual high fives begin. Bonus: You never know who you may inspire.
