Where Have All The (Certification) Badges Gone?

A new year is usually synonymous with resolutions. Did you know that decluttering is one of the most popular resolutions made every year? It's a great way to take control of your life and eliminate stress!


That's exactly what we've done with your certification badge on your profile pages.


Now, no matter how many certifications you earn, you'll receive one "Blackbaud Certified" badge. This replaces the multitude of badges we had for each certification.

Have no fear! You can still show off all of your certifications on your profile page. Your list now lives on the left side of the page under "Certifications."



That list populates after you claim your badge in Community.

I don't think I like this. I was so proud of my accomplishment when I moved from "Blackbaud Certified" to "Professional". But I can see how it keeps things cleaner.

Denise Kelley‍ Claudia Sauers‍ I took your feedback back to the BBU team and they think making a PRO badge is a great idea. We are working on getting a pro badge that is slightly different from the certification badge. Probably with the word "Pro" on it. :-)

How do I claim the certification badge in Community?  It's not in my profile, and I don't see anything in the help section.  I searched the community, and found two posts referring to https://community.blackbaud.com/blackbauduniversity/bcre - but I get a 404 Page Not Found error, when I get there.  Where should I go?
