Each week, we aim to bring you a little closer to one of our Blackbaud Community super users (AKA Ninjas). This week, we’d like to introduce KaLeigh Lee, administrative assistant for the MHP Foundation in Shelbyville, IN. She is a green level ninja, and is Blackbaud certified in Raiser’s Edge®, ResearchPoint™, and Organizational Best Practices.
What area are you in (geographically) and why do you love it?
We’re located just southeast of central Indiana – about 30 minutes away from the state capital. We’re a small rural community with a lot of history. My community is full of interesting history and is a quaint, safe place to live.
What do you enjoy about the Blackbaud Community?
Blackbaud Community is my go-to for experienced problem-solvers. It’s like Knowledgebase with that personal touch you need for social good.
What is something that you never thought you’d enjoy at your current job that gets you up and motivates you now?
I never thought I would get thrilled about data. However, I’ve come to learn the importance of reporting and communicating data effectively to drive social good. It’s a great blend of analysis, creativity, and science!

Excited to see Kid's Play featured in your job section and way to go for listing salary range in the ad! Anyone would be so lucky to work with my sister, @Tamara Christensen, and the others that work there. Such a supportive team.

I am starting to think that something happened and people were not able to connect or they never saw this post… Sorry to flood your messages, but I will reschedule this one… Typically we meet the first Thursday of the month at 1:00 pm as of this meeting to include our west coasters.
