Each year on March 8, thousands around the world observe International Women’s Day, which celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women globally.

This day challenges us to imagine a gender equal world—one free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. And this year’s theme, #InspireInclusion, encourages us to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women.



At Blackbaud, we want to continue building a culture that not only inspires inclusion but provides every employee a sense of relevance, empowerment, and belonging.
