Christy Kulka

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our 2024 Impact Report—our annual report that shares Blackbaud's environmental, social, and governance progress.

We know you expect us to “walk the talk” and operate as a responsible corporate citizen as we support your work, so we’re pleased to share this in-depth look at the standards we hold ourselves to and an update on the positive changes we’re committed to making in the world, which include:

Maintaining decarbonization efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and enhance our energy efficiency across all operations

Deepening engagement with employees and fostering a culture of generosity, inclusivity, and well-being

Strengthening governance oversight and transparency, ensuring that our compliance practices are not only ethical, but also exemplary

2024 report highlights include:

Over $100B is raised, granted, or managed through Blackbaud platforms every year

1 in 4 employees participated in our matching gift program (global average is 1 in 5)

70%+ of Blackbaud employees volunteered in 2024 (over 3 times the global median)

We achieved carbon neutrality again in 2024

It’s an honor to support you in your missions. The greatest way we fuel impact is through helping to support yours!
