What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT EAP: Pledge Installment Measures And Attributes

Raiser's Edge NXT recently updated with new measures and attributes to help analyze pledge installment activity.

 
Pledge installment amount or balance. In Analysis, you can now use these new measures with insights to analyze giving acquired through pledge installments.

• Pledge installment amount — How much of an installment applies toward a campaign or fund, based on the distribution of its pledge
• Pledge installment balance — How much remains pending for a pledge through an upcoming or overdue installment

By default, these measures provide the total — or sum — based on all installments. To analyze a different amount or specific pledges, select the measure and choose which calculation to use or add an attribute filter to narrow its focus.

Pledge installment date, and is paid or past due. To further analyze pledge installments through giving and donor measures, you can now use these attributes:

• Pledge installment is paid — Whether the payment for a pledge installment was received
• Pledge installment is past due — Whether a pledge has an overdue installment pending
• Pledge installment date — When you receive or intend to receive payment for a pledge installment

To include only paid or overdue installments — or those from a specific time period — in an insight or dashboard, use these attributes as filters.
