What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT EAP: New Action Attributes And Default Pledge Insights

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT recently updated with new attributes and default insights for the SKY Reporting EAP.

New action attributes. In Analysis, you can now use new attributes to analyze action measures:

• Action direction — Whether the action is outbound to the constituent, or inbound from them.
• Action status — Whether the action is open, past due, or completed
• Action status code — Where the action is in your organization's workflow
• Action priority — Whether the action is of high or low priority, or neither
• Action outcome — For a completed action, how it went — good or bad

To include only actions that meet specific criteria in an insight or dashboard, use these attributes as filters. For more information, see the Attribute Filters Help.

Default pledge insights. To help ease common analysis of pledged giving, you can now use these new insights out-of-the-box in Analysis.

• Pledges by appeal — View and compare details of pledged giving acquired by each appeal, and in total.
• Pledges by campaign — View and compare details of pledged giving through each campaign, and in total.
• Pledges by constituent — View and compare details of giving pledged by each constituent, and in total.
• Pledges by fund — View and compare details of pledged giving through each fund, and in total.

With these insights, you can view multiple measures of the pledged giving.

• Total pledged — How much giving was committed thorugh all pledges
• Amount paid — How much (as a monetary amount) of the committed revenue was received
• Pledge balance — How much of the committed revenue remains outstanding
• Amount written off — How much of the committed revenue was written off, such as if the donor couldn't pay
• Fulfillment rate — How much (as a percentage) of the committed revenue was received
