Applications page replaced with the Blackbaud Marketplace by the end of July 2021

We are replacing the Applications page functionality with the Blackbaud Marketplace by the end of July 2021.The Applications page is where your environment admins go to browse, connect, and disconnect apps to their environment. This page is found under Control panel, Applications within Education management.

After the Applications page has been removed from the navigation menu, environment admins need to use the Blackbaud Marketplace to connect applications. The Blackbaud Marketplace has a Manage page that enables environment admins to sideload applications that are not listed on the Blackbaud Marketplace. They can do this by connecting the application with the Application ID provided by the developer.

This change provides a consistent entry point across all Blackbaud products for connecting and managing SKY applications and reduce redundant functionality between the Application page and the Blackbaud Marketplace.
