For this week’s update, we provide an overview of the "Workspace" in Blackbaud Grantmaking SKY®...The new view of Blackbaud Grantmaking comes with a "Workspace" that really works for your space!


By simply clicking on the workspace a tab on the top left-hand corner you are able to access the Workspace and get all of your batch work done in one place.


This screen shot shows a blank-slate Workspace:

Remember, with Blackbaud Grantmaking you have powerful technology organized into three simple core pages: the Dashboard, the Workspace, and the Detail page. The workspace is where you can work with multiple records at the same time to complete numerous tasks including:

• Approving grants and sending award emails with one touch to applicants from 1-999;

• Exporting unlimited data into excel, word, impact charts, financial summaries and more;

• Compliance, workflow and reviewer tracking all in one place.
  
  

The Workspace is fully configurable to easily display your saved views and saved searches. Making a quick changed to your view is easier than ever with simple drag-and-drop columns, giving you the information you need, right where you need it.


The Workspace is truly where you may wind up spending most of your time in the system, and may become your favorite place to not only get your work done, but also pull impact reports, manage your applicant relationships, and plan out your future programs!
