Hey

We have a fund that often processes multiple disbursements within the same semester, at different award amounts and often to the same student. Does anyone have a fund like this? If so, how do you have it set up to process multiple disbursements within the same semester to the same student but different amounts?

Right now, the department using an excel sheet to track the students and "add" to the previous award amount.

    We do have a few funds that work like that. We've found that having more than one disbursement/opportunity can impact the previous ones in ways that we couldn't really predict (especially if the department issued the update and didn't tell Financial Aid). So we've reverted to the method you mentioned, and updated the same opportunity if there would be an increase. It's a feature I've submitted but has not moved forward.
