The Manager, CRM and Data Systems will oversee and optimize LBBC’s fundraising and constituent engagement platforms. The individual will serve as the principal owner of Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring data integrity, driving user engagement, and leading technology enhancements. The role also includes supporting middleware integrations, managing external data flows, and ensuring consistent support of mission-critical systems through structured cross-training with internal IT staff.

Salary range begins at $70,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits.
