Customizing Bulletins with Images or

There is limited functionality with images and text. Historically, we sent a printed jacket that possessed four designed pages of information (highlights of the university, numbers, names of our Board members, testimonials of impact, etc.). Last year we still produced the jacket and then convert the images into PNG/JPEGs to place in the system. It was a hassle using trial and error to get the dimensions right for placing the images to appear well in the system for the donor view and for PDFs.

How do others approach placing their impact report or highlights of their organization within bulletins? Specifically, how do you use images within bulletins?
