Salary Range: $48,000- $58,000
Location: On Site - Louisville, KY
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Reports to: Senior Director of Advancement Services

Position Summary

The Development Coordinator supports the mission of Kosair for Kids by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all fundraising data and donor stewardship processes. This position is responsible for processing and acknowledging gifts, maintaining donor records, assisting with fundraising operations, providing essential administrative and event support to the Development team, and greeting donors and visitors. The role helps ensure that every donor interaction is accurate, timely, and meaningful.
