Development & Donor Relations Coordinator – Nonprofit / Faith-Based

Position Overview

Winning At Home is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Development & Donor Relations Coordinator to support the fundraising and donor engagement efforts of our faith-based nonprofit organization. This role is essential to cultivating generosity, accurately processing contributions, and maintaining strong donor relationships. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge is not required but is highly preferred, and candidates with this experience will be given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record donations, pledges, and gifts accurately in Raiser’s Edge
  • Maintain donor records, acknowledgements, and contribution histories
  • Generate donation receipts, thank-you letters, and year-end giving statements
  • Reconcile gifts with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns, appeals, and events
  • Pull reports and donor data to support fundraising strategy and leadership needs
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of donor information
  • Create events in software and process registrations
  • Analyze donor data in order to increase donor base
  • Support donor communication efforts, including mailings and email campaigns
  • Assist with grant tracking and donor follow-up as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge (preferred)
  • Prior experience in nonprofit fundraising or development (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
  • A heart for ministry and alignment with the mission of the organization

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time position (approximately 12-16 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Compensation commensurate with experience and nonprofit background
