We’re growing—and looking for a data‑driven, tech‑savvy, and mission‑minded Senior Manager to lead our donor database operations and transform data into meaningful fundraising strategy.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Manager, Database Administration & Donor Analytics, you’ll be the backbone of our fundraising operations. You will:

🔹 Own & optimize all donor systems

Manage and make strategic decisions for Raiser’s Edge NXT, Classy, Omatic, and related platforms. Ensure data integrity, structure, and performance.

🔹 Drive insights & donor intelligence

Pull, analyze, and interpret fundraising data; identify high‑value donor prospects; maintain pipelines and dashboards; and lead monthly reconciliation with Finance.

🔹 Support & elevate fundraising campaigns

Partner with Marketing on segmentation, donor journeys, solicitations, campaign calendars, and performance analytics.

🔹 Strengthen donor stewardship

Process acknowledgments, support peer‑to‑peer fundraising, and help cultivate strong relationships with recurring and emerging donors.

🔹 Lead key ops functions

Oversee charity watchdog ratings, vendor relationships, and provide admin support to the Head of Strategic Partnerships.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience (nonprofit, business operations, fundraising, or customer service a plus)
  • 3+ years with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Detail‑driven, organized, and proactive with strong judgment
  • Ability to synthesize data, optimize processes, and translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and MiracleFeet’s mission
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
