Development Database Coordinator - St. Louis, MO

CID -- Central Institute for the Deaf is accepting applications for a development database coordinator to maintain our Raiser’s Edge donor database, analyze donor data, and support our development office. This position supports a variety of development activities, which include annual fundraising initiatives, grants and events. Top consideration will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher and previous experience working in a non-profit development office. Some specific skills we are looking for are:

  • Advanced skills with a Raiser’s Edge database or similar database
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with data analysis concepts
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel, Power BI and Teams
  • Strong people and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with education and experience.
