Working closely with academic leaders and advancement colleagues, the Senior Development Officer manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and plays a key role in shaping the university’s philanthropic future.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects
  
• Build strong, long‑term relationships through strategic cultivation and solicitation
  
• Partner with academic and university leaders to advance fundraising priorities
  
• Represent UW–La Crosse locally, regionally, and nationally through donor engagement
