Looking for SKY API developer for Blackbaud + Webflow student sponsorship integration

We’re looking for a Blackbaud/SKY API-capable developer or consultant to help with a nonprofit student sponsorship integration.

The organization uses Blackbaud for donor/sponsorship/financial records and Webflow CMS to display students available for sponsorship.

The principle is: Blackbaud should decide whether a child is available. Webflow should simply reflect that decision.

We need help with a discovery + proof-of-concept sprint to determine:

Which Blackbaud event or API endpoint can reliably indicate that a child has become sponsored
Where the selected child/student ID is stored
Whether recurring sponsorships can be distinguished from one-time gifts
Whether a child ID can be passed through the donation/sponsorship form
Whether webhooks or polling are the best approach
Whether Webflow CMS can be updated/unpublished based on Blackbaud sponsorship status
Whether a reservation/locking flow is needed to prevent two donors from sponsoring the same child at nearly the same time

Ideal experience:

First engagement would be paid discovery/POC, with possible production build after that.
