From responsible operations and a strong culture of engagement to enhanced oversight guiding innovation, it highlights the standards we hold ourselves to as a corporate citizen. 

2025 Impact Report highlights include: 

• $100B+ raised, granted, or managed through Blackbaud platforms every year 
• 75% of employees volunteered in 2025 (compared to a 23% global median) 
• 100% carbon neutrality for 2025 emissions, with an 86% reduction in global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions since 2020 
• Continued investment in responsible AI governance, cybersecurity, and transparency
