This role leads fundraising operations, Raiser’s Edge administration, reporting, and data integrity, ensuring our Advancement team has the tools and insights needed to deepen donor relationships and advance our mission. Essential Functions:

Gift & Data Management 

  • Manage all aspects of gift entry, acknowledgment, and reconciliation in Raiser’s Edge. 
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of donor and constituent records. 
  • Produce and analyze reports to support fundraising performance and donor trends. 
  • Oversee database audits, data cleaning, and process improvement routines. 
  • Serve as the main contact for in-kind donations, coordinating with staff and donors. 

Database Administration 

  • Act as the lead administrator and subject-matter expert for Raiser’s Edge and related platforms. 
  • Maintain data protocols, documentation, and workflow standards. 
  • Manage user access, training, and support across teams. 
  • Integrate data from partner systems to provide a full picture of donor engagement. 
  • Create dashboards and insights that inform strategy and decision-making. 
  • Explore emerging tools—including AI and analytics—to improve efficiency and impact. 

Administrative & Departmental Support 

  • Coordinate meetings and logistics for the Development & External Affairs Committee and other Advancement functions. 
  • Provide support for Advancement-led special events, including Inglis’ annual event BASH.  
  • Manage departmental expenses, subscriptions, and account tracking. 
  • Respond to general inquiries and serve as a resource for donors and staff. 
  • Collaborate with the Business Office, vendors, and internal partners to ensure operational alignment. 

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 
Experience managing a donor database (Raiser’s Edge preferred) and processing gifts. 
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. 
Excellent organizational, analytical, and written and oral communication skills. 
Collaborative spirit with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. 
Knowledge and understanding of fundraising principles and best practices. 
3-5 years of experience preferred.​
