Diocese of Las Cruces: Hiring Database Manager
The diocese is seeking a Database & Advancement Services Manager with Raiser's Edge experience to drive fundraising and stewardship success by developing and executing smart strategies for data hygiene, prospect management, research, dashboards, portfolio creation, and moves management.
Reporting to the Director of Development, this position will be instrumental in shaping clear protocols, developing processes, and setting objectives that align with the goals and needs of the mission of the Diocese and the development office. Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
