Hello everyone, I'd love to know where you're investing your time in continuing your education this year!
I'd be remiss not to celebrate Blackbaud University's programs, which include a Fundamentals and Professional-level certification, and the AI certification program (module 1 is available now with two more modules in development).
A few others I'd love to call out:
Daylight is currently offering two free certificate programs through the end of August: one in Modern DAF Advising, and the other is an Introduction to Philanthropic Planning. Both are great for fundraisers at any skill level who want to learn more about other philanthropic vehicles.
Anthropic has a great, relatively short program on Coursera (free with a 7-day trial) that covers AI Fluency for Nonprofits. I'm a fan.
Also on Coursera, I'm really liking IBM's Generative AI for Growth Marketing course. This one is longer and more in-depth. There are interactive lessons planted throughout the modules to make sure you understand concepts before moving forward- a nice break from generic quizzes.
Google's Data Analytics programs have also been great. Some of you have mentioned that you are learning Python, their programming seems aligned with it. In transparency, I got through the first module of the Advanced Data Analytics program before realizing I really need to beef up my work in Python to move ahead. :)
