Wondering if this section is supposed to list the Categories we are following? Because this is certainly not the list I would choose. Or maybe I am missing an easy way to navigate to the Categories I prefer? Any tips would be awesome!
Hi @Kelly Hogan this looks right - since you are a YourCause member, you will see those communities there, but if members are not, they would not see that in their drop down since those are private communities. For the rest of the communities it is browse categories here: Categories.
Ok, thank you! For some reason I thought I remember easily clicking on the ones I frequented, but maybe I am confusing it with something else! 😀
Your memory serves you correctly! Our old platform had that feature, but we don't separate folks by product on the back end anymore (aside from our private communities), so it would not be possible to show your product in the mycommunity drop down. :-)

I'm seeing YourCause and Impact Edge, but I'm pretty sure we're not YourCause customers and we definitely aren't Impact Edge customers.
This is the case for me as well. Those two things are foreign to me!

Hi @Kelly Hogan your organization or site id might have been linked to YourCause, so I've removed it and it should no longer appear in the drop down. Thanks!

I was wondering about this too. Good to know the old platform did have the product-based list, since I remembered something similar. The YourCause and Impact Edge entries showing up for people who do not use those products is a little confusing, though. Glad Crystal was able to clean that up for you.
