Hi everyone! I’m Lainey Cole, and I’m currently looking for my next opportunity in nonprofit fundraising operations, CRM/database management, data analysis, or business analysis.
I have 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with extensive experience in Blackbaud CRM, donor data, reporting, data quality, process improvement, and cross-functional operations. I was also one of the administrators for our Blackbaud CRM, supporting system functionality, troubleshooting, data management, reporting, and staff needs.
I’m specifically looking for a mission-driven organization where I can put down roots, contribute to a team, and continue growing long-term.
