Introducing Application Reviews and Ratings in the Blackbaud Marketplace
We added the ability for you to leave reviews and ratings for applications listed in the Blackbaud Marketplace. You can only leave reviews on applications that have been connected to your Blackbaud environment at least once.
Update reviews
However, you do have the ability to update your review over time if information has changed. Also, application publishers have the ability to see and respond to your feedback publicly.
Leave feedback anonymously
Unsure about leaving a public review? If you don’t want your name listed with the review, you have the option to leave the feedback anonymously.

Get started reviewing!
To leave feedback on an application your organization has used, navigate to the Blackbaud Marketplace. Then, search for and open the application. On the application listing page, select the Reviews tab.
