Blackbaud Completes Acquisition Of JustGiving

If you haven't heard the great news, Blackbaud has completed the acquisition of United Kingdom-based online fundraising services provider JustGiving™, whose online social giving platform has played a powerful role in the growth of peer-to-peer fundraising. JustGiving’s platform as helped individual change agents in 164 countries raise over $4.5 billion for good causes since its founding in 2001.

This acquisition reflects Blackbaud’s commitment to innovation that increases the impact of individual donors.
