I get it, there is a lot of information out there and sometimes, it is just easiest to take a deep breath and talk to the expert. In June 2019, charities like yours can get the help they need from Blackbaud's award winning Customer Support team. You’ll need your Blackbaud.com log in in order to get in touch with support.

WAIT. I don't know what my Blackbaud.com Log In is?!?!

If you don’t have a Blackbaud.com log in you’ll need to contact your organization’s site administrator who can invite you to create a Blackbaud.com account. Note your Blackbaud.com log in is different than your Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, powered by JustGiving log in.

If you don’t have any organization admins, chat with someone to request help with setting up your Blackbaud.com log in by selecting “Website and Login Help” here.
