Q: How much does this integration cost and do I need to contact my Blackbaud Account Executive to buy it?
A: The integration is included in your Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising™, powered by JustGiving™ subscription (which is a $0 contract) and you do not need to contact your AE to purchase the integration.


Q: I don’t see the integration in settings, what do I do now?
A: First check with your Database Administrator that you have the appropriate permissions to access the control panel. If you do not see the integration, contact Customer Support to begin the provisioning process.


Q: How do I turn on the integration?
A: Head over to Control Panel>Control Panel Settings>JustGiving Integration. Read more via JustGiving Integration documentation.


Q: I have more than one JustGiving Campaign, how do I make sure each JustGiving campaign has the correct RENXT campaign, fund, and appeal mapped?
A: Head over to Control Panel> Control Panel Settings>JustGiving Settings Overrides>Edit, and you can set the specific gift fields for your gift record. For more information, see the Default Settings for the JustGiving Integration.


Q: Where can I get more assistance for the JustGiving, RENXT Integration?
A: Check out these quick, on-demand Success Sessions for more about the Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising™, powered by JustGiving™. In particular, the session called “Access and Configure Integration with Raisers Edge NXT” is help and contains step by step demonstrations.


Q: How does the integration match constituents and does that cause duplicates?
A: The integration matches constituents based on first name, last name and email address. If any of these do not match, a new record might be created. Go to Automatic Constituent Matching for an in-depth explanation of the data logic and data management recommendations. If no email is present, there will be no match.


Q: Does the integration override the preferred address checkbox on a constituent record?
A: Currently the integration will consider any address supplied by the donor during the checkout process as preferred. This is currently being reviewed by the development team.


Q: When the NXT batch is created for JG gifts, are they able to add columns to this batch?
A: No, it has default columns at this point in time, since it is automatically created by the system.


Q: Does the gift record get a GL post date generated?
A: There is a date column as part of the default batch display.


Q: Does the batch in NXT web view look the same as database view, what are the differences?
A: Once a batch is approved, the gift records appear in both views. Batches created in the database view do not appear in the web view. A batch created in NXT web view appears in the Database view once approved.


Q: How do the Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising™, powered by JustGiving™ gifts get logged in database view?
A: They will look the same as any other gift, except that in NXT, the field that displays JustGiving plus the Donation Reference number is called Comment in NXT web view and Reference in the Database view.

Marty Hartley‍ , I am sorry it took that long. Thank you for letting me know. I have sent this to the integration engineering team. 
How often does the Integration Refresh? I see a JG Campaign that has expired and don't see the new 19 campaigns that are presently Active. This is concerning since I have to set up Override information on each of the campaigns.
It took 4.5 hours for the JG Campaigns to show up in the Override section So I had to fix every gift that came in before I could set up the overrides.
Hi Marty Hartley‍, I understand your concerned, there is a lot to work out before any marketing efforts can be successful. The JustGiving integration should update in close to real time. Sometimes there can be a delay if there is a lot of data coming over. Has this updated for you yet?
