Our Professional Services team has always designed and built enhanced web pages to customize the standard JustGiving campaign with increased branding and modern design elements like gamification, livestream fundraising, unique URLs, social media feeds and more. Now, with our event packages and third-party registration partners, you can collect registration fees and sign-up fundraisers as well as enter itemized offline gifts for your custom-built page. Offline Totals are now added to Team pages. A rapidly growing request was delivered recently; when a team member adds an offline total to their personal page, it will now be included in the team’s overall total raised calculation. Previously, it was restricted to online gifts only but now it will show online and offline totals.

JustGiving data integration with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® is available for Canada! We are wrapping up the final touches and expect to release this time-saving integration on November 1, 2021 to all Canadian charities. If you are a current Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT customer and add JustGiving at no added cost, you will automatically be able to turn on the integration. Same goes for existing Raiser’s Edge customers who migrate to NXT with JustGiving.

Speaking of the integration with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, we also now support the donor message from JustGiving to the record in NXT. Why does this matter? Now, you have even more context as to why your donor gave and can leverage that information in how you thank and acknowledge the gift. This personal touch is surely to leave a positive impression with your donors!

Did you know US-based organizations and nonprofits can turn on mobile wallets, receive donations from the UK, and accept monthly sustainers on JustGiving? By processing donations with our 3rd party which disburses through a Donor Advised Fund (soon to be via the Blackbaud Giving Fund), you can still provide an easy and safe giving experience while delivering features your donors will love. We automatically send your fundraisers coaching emails; you can turn them off if you are sending your own communications, but we find these encouraging emails help increase social sharing, improve page value and celebrate the incredible work your supporters are doing. See examples here.

Administrative users will be using multi-factor authentication when logging in. Leveraging this common security protocol ensures that all charity account holders verify their credentials upon logging in. This security feature has been rolling out since the Spring and will hit all accounts by the end of the year.

PDF donation receipts are available for Canadian charities and all donors globally.

Canadian requirements dictate official donation receipts for donors. Now, Canadian charities can search for and print off donation receipts on demand in PDF format. Just start from Reports tab or go directly to donation receipts. Enter the donation reference for the receipt you need, choose from the results and click to download.



Charities can also update their authorized signature included on their receipts in their account (In Canada & New Zealand only).
- Login to your charity account and go to the Settings tab
- Select ‘Edit email receipt signature’ under the Your Charity Account section
- Upload a new image file and update the authorized signers name and job title.
- Save changes

Registered donors can print off their own receipts from donation history under Account & Preferences when logged in.
