Does anyone have a list of common errors/exceptions in the flow between BBCRM and Sage and back? I have all new staff in our finance area and not a lot of bandwidth to help them through each time there is an issue. I could have them go to Sage help desk but thought if there was a common issues doc somewhere that may help.

Hi, I've noticed that my website has been attracting a high amount of bots. I've add CAPTCHA on all forms. Is there anything else that I should do to try to control this issue? I realize that there are some good bots, but the bots are now about 30% of our website traffic. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
Not sure if anyone has had this, so any thoughts or recommendations are appreciated….Someone created a donation form in our organization, split out the credit card fees and now wants to pay an invoice out of the fund but wants it batched into the system to reflect the payment of the invoice?
