Few staff are out of office and looking at merchant service report and see refund, and curious to know who processed and why. Not doubting legitimacy of it. We removed the fund split for donor cover fees, but recurring gifts are still showing the split when they come in through BBMS. Is there something we can do to fix these recurring gifts to remove the split without having to edit each individual gift every time one comes in?
