Build SSRS Reports Visual Studio 2015

Am I missing something or is it only possible to build SSRS reports for CRM in Visual Studio 2013. When I try building and compiling in later versions of Visual Studio it errors out.

It should work. We have built reports for BBCRM using VS 2015 and deployed in client prod environment without any issue.

It has worked for us using VS2015 and SSRS that comes with 2014.

It depends on the version of SSRS that you are deploying to as well. What are the errors that you are getting? Is it on the build or deployment? Also are you hosted or self hosted?
