Scheduled report using committees

Colleagues,

Is there a way to run a report using Review Committees?  We get questions regarding how many requests were sent to each committee over a number of years.  The committee is static while the structure of the committee is not.  Committees don't change while members of the committees change more often than we'd like.  To confuse things more, sometimes members move around between committees. 

I've searched the advanced coding and don't see any reference to committee.  Can anyone think of a work around?
