Linked Bank Account Error with Wells Fargo CEO Portal

Since yesterday, I've been getting a message in Banks to update my bank info.  Every time I type in my credentials, I get an error on the "edit credentials" window that says "Error At Wells Fargo (Commercial Electronic Office).  We're sorry, there was a technical problem updating your account at Wells Fargo (Commercial Electronic Office).  Please try again later.  (Error 412)"


My bank feed will not update until this error goes away.  So I can't use auto-match for any of my recent transactions.  Is someone aware of this situation and working on a resolution with Wells Fargo CEO?

  • This is still a problem.  Now I'm getting an error code 403, can't update credentials.  Is someone at Blackbaud looking into this?

    Will you file a case w/ support so we can get this into the tracking system, Our partner will need to determine what changes Wells Fargo may have made that is impacting the connection.
