Constituent API - Location
We’re a SaaS company that builds platforms for our clients, and we’ve recently integrated with SkyAPI to allow our clients to send data from our platform into their own RE NXT instance.
We ask our clients to map the fields they want to sync, so we know where to send them within the constituent API. We're experiencing issues with clients mapping 'location' - Clients are mapping the field to the database name of the location field in their instance, but are getting an error that this field does not exist in RE NXT.
The sync does work for some of our clients, so the overall connection is functional.
Does anyone have any ideas?
