Mail-O-Matic plug with NXT database view

Hi all, 


We recently upgraded to NXT and are currently using the database view to process vendor ACH payments. We have the Mail-O-Matic plug-in and are not able to successfully use this product solution. We are getting an error related to SMTP settings. We have posed the question to our Blackbaud implementation team and the awesome folks at O-matic, but still haven't received a solution. 


Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use this feature in the NXT data base view?

You don't need to use Mail-O-Matic.  On the vendor page is the area for EFT notifications.  As long as that is accurately populated with the correct EFT notification email address, you can process your EFT's and check off the box that automatically produces the EFT notifications.

Thanks so much for replying. Could you let me know where I find this setting on the vendor page? We are processing the payments in the database view, not the web view, just to be clear.
