NXT Won't Load, Forbidden Error

I can't get pages to load in NXT. I get the spinning wheel of death. "Forbidden" and "operation timed out" errors continue to come. I have done all the things - restart computer, clear cookies, etc. I literally cannot do my job without NXT. What is going on? The status page says the issue is fixed but that is false.

Sorry that you're experiencing issues with your Blackbaud solution. The best path for issues like this is to contact Blackbaud Support directly. They will be able to formally track the issue and make sure the right team is engaged to assist.
