I am not able to add application on Financial Edge

i added my application to Raiser Edge from control panel section of Raiser Edge but on Financial Edge under control panel section there is no option to add application.

So i am able to run sky api for Raiser Edge but not for Financial Edge. so can you help to add application on Financial Edge


How i can connect with FENXT because in my case i have two environment and i am not able to see  SKY application via FENXT Control PaneL

Hi Jordan Vikash‍, you'll need to contact the admin for the FE NXT environment to connect the app for you. However, if RE NXT and FE NXT are in the same environment, you only need to connect the application once. Applications operate in the context of an environment, not individual Blackbaud solutions.


From what you're describing below, it sounds like you have RE NXT and FE NXT in a separate environment, so you may need to have the application connected in both.
