Using political giving in prospect research is an FEC violation
Wanted to get viewpoints on this. This ruling was handed down in 2018 and, yet, it is still a staple in all screening tools. Is the industry ignoring the FEC ruling or have I missed something? APRA's ethics committee is siding with the FEC on this. I'd appreciate feedback from anyone.
