Is anyone else having trouble refreshing credit card activity?

  • YES!  Tons of issues with an open Blackbaud case that dates back to Oct. 2018!

    Problems with refresh - 

    Problems adding new cards - 

    Problems adding replacement cards when we need to close them due to fraud -

    Transactions processed on the card early in the month not coming over in the feed -


    We have had countless meetings with Blackbaud.  They point to Yodlee.  Yodlee points to the credit card company.  Nobody is fixing anything!


    Glad to know that we are not the only ones struggling with this.  It is a great feature and a huge time saver when it works.  But ugh....
  • Ferdie Alayon‍ so sorry to see you're getting error messages refreshing your Purchase Card.  I see that you have a case created with our Support team which is the best bet to get this resolved ASAP.  

    Kim Szalkus‍ apologies to hear about your frustrations as well.  It sounds like on the notes below that you're using a different credit card than the Blackbaud purchase cards which do connect in a slightly different way.  Were there any open cases I could take a look at to see what's going on and what we can do to help shed some light on these connection issues?
  • We purchased Expenses Manager just for the Credit Card feeds last summer and we still do not have it working! Part of the problem may be that our bank merged with another bank but just as Kim states below Blackbaud points to Yodlee, and Yodlee is hard to contact. I was finally able to contact Yodlee but they point back at Blackbaud or the bank. Contact the bank and they are unable to help or they want an additional fee to be paid. 


    Last time I tried to log in it looked like progress had been made but our bank still has not been connected or if it has Blackbaud has not followed up with me so I just try to log in ever few months. 


    I am excited for the product once we have access but I worry it will not have the functions that we thought it would have.

    I highly recommend Blackbaud Purchase Visa Cards by Regions Bank. Except for the recent issues--which hopefully are temporary--we're satisfied with it. Try one or two cards and evaluate them.

  • Yes, we have had many problems with credit card feeds. Just today we have been able to obtain transactions past February 27.
  • We had duplicate charges show up in Expense Management for a couple of our card users in February. These charges were not duplicated on the actual credit card account.  I contacted support to find out how to delete them.  Support told me there is no way to remove the "false" duplicate charges & to just ignore them & leave them there.  Anybody else had this issue? If so, did you get the same response?
